Demi -God of Sarawak
January 4th, 2013 at 4:20Written by: Dr. John Brian Anthony
Come election, the Government would be busy resurfacing road, laying water pipes, erecting power lines, clearing new roads, doling out minor rural projects, giving little chicks as in Sri Aman and promising the sky to the people etc and then proudly declare to the people of Sarawak that only a BN Government could help and bring development to Sarawak. Many are still convince that only BN can bring progress to Sarawak. Why?
BN is equated with Government
The daily pounding of propaganda by BN make people think that BN is one and the same with Government. This “truth” is just as good as any that all instant noodle is called Maggi and every tooth paste is called “Colgate”. At one time all powder detergent is called “Omo” but now that has changed but gradually. BN has managed to convince people that BN or the Government is one and the same thing and that all other political is opposition. Without BN, some BN supporters dare say that they will be no more government. They say, if you do not vote BN, there will be no more schools, clinics, government offices etc as there is no more government. Due to their lack of education many Sarawakian believed in those statement.
So you see, what has the Opposition given you? The Opposition has no money and talk only. For us, armed with knowledge, we know that the state and country money is only held by the government and should be spent according to the approved budget. Who ever win the election will have the power to use the money to run the government and provide development for the country. It means, the communication of this basic information to make the people understand the different roles of a governing party and the opposing party lies in the hand of those who knows. For now, the Opposition is using Radio Free Sarawak to open up the issues and accelerate the political education of the ignorant voters.
Interesting enough, components of the Government instruct this ignorant people not to listen to RFS and even reinforced the lies that the Opposition is only out to cause trouble. There lies the root cause of “ignorance” among the rural community and for the BN leaders to take advantage of them. It is done deliberately by BN.
To me, it is an unfortunate practice by BN by keeping the people ignorant and knowingly make them poor for ease of manipulation during election.
Why BN want to play demi-god?
Politicians who want to control power has very little conscience. Why do they want to create a situation that the people cannot live without BN when that is totally rubbish. The BN government ensure that the people are always poor so that they become dependent to BN. Will such political approach help to accelerate our progress towards the 21st century? On the other hand we hear of the government talking about opportunity in SCOREs, higher income, higher standard of living, fairness to everybody etc while the basic action of BN is to put the people down.
Why do BN need to misled the people in order to stay in power? Why did BN need to put people down in order to stay on top with political power in their hands. I know there are many such questions and that is the more reasons we have to help spread the truth to the people.
The ignorant population is discourage to seek advise and counsel from the Opposition and even Opposition activities are being sabotage. I cannot see how this can be called democratic when the “rights to know” and “rights to decide” is being checked closely by BN. This is more like “dictatorship” rather then democracy. The voice of the people is being suppressed and ignored because the government has a two third majority in Dewan Undangan Negeri.
Use of threats
Politics of fear is very common and it reaches to every strata of our society. Even the most educated Dayak and the most successful business men succumb to this threat of being isolated from the government main business opportunity (contract and quota). We cannot blame them because they feel that their survival depended on being associated with BN. But among the other races who resides mostly in the urban areas, their business with government is huge but yet they are able to take action to vote for a change in government without disassociating themselves from the power that be. Is that being cunning, dishonest or simply put the wisdom of survival or master the art of survival>
Some of us think that by surrendering our selves willingly we will get benefits from the power that be. We know that this is not true. Some of us sell our soul too cheap for a short term gain while some sell their future to earn a few dollar more. Some even craved for power as community Chiefs. Whatever it is, prostituting our rights and what we deserved should not be the norm but an act that Sarawakian should abhor.
Conclusion
There is always a starting point and an end to all things. Take this opportunity during PRU 13 to end BN power to rule Malaysia. Once PR win Putra Jaya, Sarawak BN Government may not be able to take the pressure and many of their supporters will switch side. For us Dayak, we are duty bound to help make the change because our land, our heritage all hinge on us changing the power base of BN.
In all of you I trust that we will bring changes to Sarawak in the near future.
Aram bela berubah meh kitai. Change WE Must

Everyday, BN aduns and Mps repeat the mantra: “Kita mesti sukung perintah.” But it is alarming if educated Dayaks began to question: What can a Dayak do within DAP, or PKR.
The concept of election is a struggle to form the next government. BN has proven itself to be poor custodian of our money. The proofs that surfaced in the last few weeks are:
1. Illicit capital outflow is second only to China. Under the current Prime Minister it was reported that in 2010 alone, RM200 billion flowed out from Malaysia. In the year 2001 to 2010, illicit outflow was around RM800 billion. If BN can’t stop this illicit outflow, Malaysia will be a bankrupt nation within 10 years.
Should we allow BN to continue ruling the country? Of course not. All the talks about “caring government” is a process of returning a few cents for the millions BN people stole and siphoned off from Malaysia.
2. Corruption happens right under the noses of our BN leaders. They fail to stop the corruption. In fact they are participants to these corruptions. Wife and husband, father and son, mother and daughter.
Can the wife say: I don’t know? Can the father say: I don’t know? If they can stop corruption within their family, what makes us think that they have any desire to stop corruption? What we see are the poor policemen caught, poor clerk prosecuted, poor officer suspended. But we never see the big CROCODILES ever prosecuted. In fact these poor clerks accept bribes because they see their bosses doing it.
3. Rubbish not collected because the selecting collecting companies are crony-driven. When the “rubbish collection” was implemented, we wonder the rationale, especially in the rural community. Then it surfaced that most “rubbish collection” has strong ties to the “power” of the day.
“Rubbish collection” is the prime example of “crony capitalism” in Malaysia. You can try any new investment venture, new international business – all must have the stamp of approval for an under-table fee or shareholdings to crony or YBs. The commission of “RM1,000 per acre of NCR land” was not a story – it was stated in “black and white.” This crony capitalism is the reason why we cannot provide enough jobs for our youths. Who wants to come to Sarawak when every application needs to be bribed?
4. Rural schools are neglected, until buildings start to collapse. “Collapsed” building is now the new criteria for repairs or replacements. Where is the future of our children when the basic infrastructures to educate them are denied? What sort of “leadership capital” can we hope for when our kids can’t have a decent place to study?
These are the most recent proofs that BN has failed us. BR1M 1 and BR1M2 is an image steroid for polishing by our leaders before our eyes. But deep inside, do they care for us? Do they have second thoughts about cheating our land, cheating our money and cheating our future? The answer is clear: NO, NO and NO.
They only way to stop this is to replace BN. They only way to steer a new future for us is to remove BN. Let us take control of our money, our future and our destiny.

MISCONCEPTION TO THINK BN AS GOVERNMENT.
A lot of people have this misconception; that BN is the Government and the government is BN.
Our poeple especially think that BN and Government are similar. One is going to be surprised to hear that Barisan Nasional is the government and hence, we shall not question on how they manage and run this country of Sarawak.
Many are still holding to a notion that Barisan nasional shall never be challenged and removed from power as they are either having lack of knowledge of government mechanism or being a bunch of opportunists whose primary objective is to enrich themselves.
I know of a goverment retiree and his wife who are now facing in their daily life as both them do not subscribe to the idea of the majority in throwing the support towards PR. Both of them think that BN is the government and has a lot of money to provide for the development projects unlike PR potential candidate who can only talk.Any government project is the courtesy of BN. As such, the BN must not be opposed at all, according to their belief.
But the majority of the folks now understand that any development projects handed out by BN is actualy the proceeds from the redistrubution of various taxes back to the people. Believe me, RFS had mada a tremendous impact in the mind of the people in the interior concerning how CM Taib and his cronies have siphoned off the government income to various dubious agencies.
Hopefully, more people are aware of the misconception to equate BN with the government and the government is equivalent with BN.BN is just the grouping of various political parties that share the same ideology. It is only a political platform in which various politicians and their supporters channel their voices to the government.
Let us be reminded again here that BN, as a government can be removed from office.
Thus, we should have no qualms in making changes which could be used to remove BN.
Cheers…

DBs and all,
I am quick to rebut the statement on the front page of today’s Borneo Post which reads ” NO MORE SQUATTERS BY 2018″ .Looking at the present trend and the BN’s effort to survey NCR lands under Section 6 (3) of the Land Ordinance, majority of the Dayaks are going to be landless,INDIVIDUALLY. Unless NCR lands are surveyed under Section 18 of the Ordinance by and by the Dayaks are going to be squatters on their own lands. Only Section 18 will give the Dayaks individual titles to their lands.
Unlike nowadays these squatters are found ONLY in the urban areas BUT in the future the squatters will be widespread throughout the state UNLESS we change the present BN government with PAKATAN RAKYAT.

What issues will be championed by DR JBA?
NRC lands and dams appeared to be championed by BB and PKR.

Parliamentary Election is any time from now and I appeal to the young voters who have not been totally brainwash by the BN especially the Ibans please vote for change. In Semenanjung there is a slogan known as ” ABU ” Asal Bukan UMNO undi sahaja. In Sarawak Asal Bukan BN undi sahaja.
Please, this coming election let us not being mislead by the Self Proclaimed Dayak Paramount Chief philosophy since 1974 until now. Anang Ngelaban Perintah. Is it ” ngelaban perintah” when we talk about how we are being marginalised in civil service?
Is it ” ngelaban perintah ” when almost all Dayaks cry over NCR lands being robbed by the notorious mafias of the land and the dripping of Dayak’s tears have formed a River of Agony.
Is it ” ngelaban perintah ” when we talk about Petronas robbed us from our oil?
Is it ” ngelaban perintah ” when we talk about our dilapidated rural schools ?
Is it ” ngelaban perintah ” when we talk about Dayaks being the poorest race in Malaysia?
Is it “ngelaban perintah” when we talk about UMNO Islamization and colonization of Sarawak and Sabah in this modern day 21st century.
The list will be endless. However, our Self Proclaimed Dayak Paramount Chief will tell us that BN is the best government in the world. He will not hesitate to praise the CM
with phrases Yang Dikasihi, Yang Disayangi Pehin almost like what the magpie robin is doing ( burung semalau in Iban Language) Burung semalau manah agi laban iya ke bendar nama hari rerak tawas iya lalu bemunyi ngerak Iban ngasuh dani nurun gawa tang burung semalau siku tu nama bejaku lalu muji Kepala Menteri aja.
That fine. Is this CM really good? Okay, let me tell a short story or is my story later is classified as ” ngelaban perintah”.? Here is the true story. Who are responsible for the removal of Kalong Ningkan ? No.1 Taib Mahmud, No.2 Tun Rahman, No. 3 Tunku Abdul Rahman,No. 4 Tun Razak No.5 Jugah and the last one to do the dirty job is the present ” Dayak Paramount Chief “. Sarawak Tribune described him as ” Giant Killer ” in 1974 after he defeated Kalong Ningkan. However, right until now he will never become the CM like Kalong Ningkan that he defeated. If you promote him to that post now you will become his sworn enemy.
No wonder the side effect of having this kind of ” Paramount Chief ” is so great. No wonder, Dayaks in Sarawak have metamorphosed into submissive race. Hopefully people like Dr John will reverse the situation. Dr John remember Dayak Warrior in the person of Linggir Mali Lebu who once brought “sintung” from Paku in the hope to collect James Brooke’s head.

If you worship BN as God, then BN can do anything on its whim and fancy
Look how Dr Mamak punished Kelantan for not voting BN UMNO
Dr Mamak sabotaged Kelantan water supply as punishment for fun

Killing the Kelantanese with no water
by Raja Petra Kamarudin, 28 September 2000
When the Anwar Ibrahim poisoning crisis erupted late last year, Mahathir pooh-poohed the whole matter by saying that Malays do not murder for political ends.
Not quite true!
Samad Goal was murdered in Kota Bharu – head split open with an axe. The “old timers” tell me, while he was giving a speech during a political rally. Dato Tahar was murdered – I was told, shot all over his body. Some people tell me Dr Burhanuddin Hilmi was poisoned. And those are only the ones I know about. And they were all murdered for political reasons.
Yes, Malays DO murder for political ends.
Is Mahathir now killing off the Kelantanese, his political rivals, by denying them water?
This is what Mahathir said recently, “However, the Kelantan government could not even ensure clean water for its people. When you turn on the tap, you get coffee instead”.
To Mahathir it is all a big joke – something to laugh about. The Kelantan opposition government cannot even provide clean water for its people. Mahathir thinks it is so funny.
Mahathir added that the Kelantan State government was seeking help from the Federal Government to overcome its water woes. “They are asking for 600 million Ringgit from us. If we have that kind of money, we will put it to good use”.
Yes, that’s right. If the Federal Government had 600 million Ringgit they would put it to good use. They would not give it to the Kelantan State government to provide water to its 1,500,000 people. That is not good use for the money.
600 million Ringgit can build an F1 racetrack. Foreigners can use the track to enjoy themselves. 600 million Ringgit can also build a beautiful tower in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. That is better use for the money. Water for 1,500,000 people in Kelantan is definitely NOT good use.
Kelantan has been facing a water shortage problem for the last 20 or 30 years – long before the opposition took over the State. In 1990, the state fell to the opposition. The Federal Government then suddenly decided to cancel the plan to spend 600 million Ringgit to improve the water supply in the State.
The members of the Kelantan Branch of the Housing Developers Association met the Minister-in-Charge of the State, Anwar Musa, to discuss the water problem with him. These developers could not hand over their houses to their buyers as there was no water supply and they were losing money because of it.
Anwar Musa told the developers, if they wanted water, they would have to vote in the Barisan Nasional the next general election. As long as the State was under the opposition they would get no water.
Then the Federal Government announced they were giving Kelantan State the 600 million Ringgit they required. There was much rejoicing. Kelantan, at last, would be getting water.
Then, when everyone’s hopes were high, the Federal Government announced they would not, after all, give the State the money. All hopes were dashed.
Then it was announced the State would be given the money, but the Federal government would control it and decide how it is used. Then they said the State would not get the money.
This is a cruel game to play on 1,500,000 people who have not seen clean water for two generations. You build up their hopes, then you dash it again, just to see the smiles on their faces get wiped off.
Today, Kelantan is suffering from a Cholera outbreak. Mahathir is a medical man. He knows how and why Cholera is spread.
Does Mahathir announce the water embargo on Kelantan is off? Does Mahathir now give them the 600 million Ringgit promised and un-promised so many times?
No! Instead, TV3 parades people before their cameras to show them condemning the Kelantan Government for not being able to overcome the State water woes.
The water woes were there long before the opposition took over the State. It is not the opposition government’s fault. They inherited the problem when they took over a State that already had no water.
This is a cruel game to play on the people of Kelantan. It is not funny, and Mahathir should wipe that smirk of his face. People are dying in Kelantan. And it’s all because they have no water. And they have no water because the Federal Government is trying to bring the State to its knees.
Was it not Mahathir who condemned the US for its embargo on Iraq? Was it not Mahathir who said the embargo is causing the deaths of thousands of innocent children? Was it not Mahathir who called the Americans murderers for doing this?
Does Mahathir not see he is now killing innocent Kelantanese by denying them water? Is Mahathir so sure those dead from Cholera voted for the opposition? What if they did not? What if they did not vote at all? What if they are children and babies who are not even voters yet?
Mahathir, are you not a Malay? Are not the Kelantanese Malays? Did you not say Malays do not murder for political ends?
Mahathir, stop killing off innocent children and babies! Stop the Cholera epidemic in Kelantan! Give Kelantan the water they need! Give them the water they have been waiting generations for.
Most importantly of all, Mahathir, stop gloating. Wipe that smirk off your face. It is not as funny as you think. Denying the Kelantan people water does not prove how incapable the opposition is in running the State. It just proves you would gladly resort to murdering innocent babies just to defeat a political rival.
May God have mercy on you, Mahathir, for all those deaths in Kelantan!

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
A Common Word between Us and You
Muslims and Christians together make up well over half of the world’s population. Without peace and justice between these two religious communities, there can be no meaningful peace in the world. The future of the world depends on peace between Muslims and Christians.
The basis for this peace and understanding already exists. It is part of the very foundational principles of both faiths: love of the One God, and love of the neighbour. These principles are found over and over again in the sacred texts of Islam and Christianity. The Unity of God, the necessity of love for Him, and the necessity of love of the neighbour is thus the common ground between Islam and Christianity. The following are only a few examples:
Of God’s Unity, God says in the Holy Qur’an: Say: He is God, the One! / God, the Self-Sufficient Besought of all! (Al-Ikhlas, 112:1-2). Of the necessity of love for God, God says in the Holy Qur’an: So invoke the Name of thy Lord and devote thyself to Him with a complete devotion (Al-Muzzammil, 73:8). Of the necessity of love for the neighbour, the Prophet Muhammad ( ??? ???? ???? ???? ) said: “None of you has faith until you love for your neighbour what you love for yourself.”
In the New Testament, Jesus Christ ( ???? ???? ) said: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One. / And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’This is the first commandment. / And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’There is no other commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:29-31)
———-
In the Holy Qur’an, God Most High enjoins Muslims to issue the following call to Christians (and Jews—the People of the Scripture):
Say: O People of the Scripture! Come to a common word between us and you: that we shall worship none but God, and that we shall ascribe no partner unto Him, and that none of us shall take others for lords beside God. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered (unto Him). (Aal ‘Imran 3:64)
The words: we shall ascribe no partner unto Him relate to the Unity of God, and the words: worship none but God, relate to being totally devoted to God. Hence they all relate to the First and Greatest Commandment. According to one of the oldest and most authoritative commentaries on the Holy Qur’an the words: that none of us shall take others for lords beside God, mean ‘that none of us should obey the other in disobedience to what God has commanded’. This relates to the Second Commandment because justice and freedom of religion are a crucial part of love of the neighbour.
Thus in obedience to the Holy Qur’an, we as Muslims invite Christians to come together with us on the basis of what is common to us, which is also what is most essential to our faith and practice: the Two Commandments of love.
———-
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful,
And may peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad
A COMMON WORD
BETWEEN US AND YOU
==========
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful,
Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation, and contend with them in the fairest way. Lo! thy Lord is Best Aware of him who strayeth from His way, and He is Best Aware of those who go aright.
(The Holy Qur’an, Al-Nahl, 16:125)
(I) LOVE OF GOD
LOVE OF GOD IN ISLAM
The Testimonies of Faith
The central creed of Islam consists of the two testimonies of faith or Shahadahsi, which state that: There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God. These Two Testimonies are the sine qua non of Islam. He or she who testifies to them is a Muslim; he or she who denies them is not a Muslim. Moreover, the Prophet Muhammad ( ??? ???? ???? ???? ) said: The best remembrance is: ‘There is no god but God’….ii
The Best that All the Prophets have Said
Expanding on the best remembrance, the Prophet Muhammad ( ??? ???? ???? ???? ) also said: The best that I have said—myself, and the prophets that came before me—is: ‘There is no god but God, He Alone, He hath no associate, His is the sovereignty and His is the praise and He hath power over all things’iii. The phrases which follow the First Testimony of faith are all from the Holy Qur’an; each describe a mode of love of God, and devotion to Him.
The words: He Alone, remind Muslims that their heartsiv must be devoted to God Alone, since God says in the Holy Qur’an: God hath not assigned unto any man two hearts within his body (Al-Ahzab, 33:4). God is Absolute and therefore devotion to Him must be totally sincere.
The words: He hath no associate, remind Muslims that they must love God uniquely, without rivals within their souls, since God says in the Holy Qur’an: Yet there are men who take rivals unto God: they love them as they should love God. But those of faith are more intense in their love for God …. (Al-Baqarah, 2:165). Indeed, [T]heir flesh and their hearts soften unto the remembrance of God …. (Al-Zumar, 39:23).
The words: His is the sovereignty, remind Muslims that their minds or their understandings must be totally devoted to God, for the sovereignty is precisely everything in creation or existence and everything that the mind can know. And all is in God’s Hand, since God says in the Holy Qur’an: Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the sovereignty, and, He is Able to do all things (Al-Mulk, 67:1).
The words: His is the praise remind Muslims that they must be grateful to God and trust Him with all their sentiments and emotions. God says in the Holy Qur’an:
And if thou wert to ask them: Who created the heavens and the earth, and constrained the sun and the moon (to their appointed work)? they would say: God. How then are they turned away ? / God maketh the provision wide for whom He will of His servants, and straiteneth it for whom (He will). Lo! God is Aware of all things. / And if thou wert to ask them: Who causeth water to come down from the sky, and therewith reviveth the earth after its death ? they verily would say: God. Say: Praise be to God! But most of them have no sense. (Al-’Ankabut, 29:61-63)v
For all these bounties and more, human beings must always be truly grateful:
God is He Who created the heavens and the earth, and causeth water to descend from the sky, thereby producing fruits as food for you, and maketh the ships to be of service unto you, that they may run upon the sea at His command, and hath made of service unto you the rivers; / And maketh the sun and the moon, constant in their courses, to be of service unto you, and hath made of service unto you the night and the day./ And He giveth you of all ye ask of Him, and if ye would count the graces of God ye cannot reckon them. Lo! man is verily a wrong-doer, an ingrate. (Ibrahim, 14:32-34)vi

Teddy Gumbang,
Well said.
The devil Indian pseudo-Malay has to be nailed and skinned (including his children).
He takes pleasure to cheat, lie, kill, bully and belittled others and rips off our RM207billions! His personal wealth is more than US$44 billions! He stole all the timber in Bakun without paying any tax or royalty! Why we are still beholden to the Indian or West Malaysian politicians?
And the bloody Indian is just a pariah Indian from Kerala!
Why do we allow him to have just such a liberty to steal, scorn and belittle us????
Throw out BN and you will kill this scourge off our landscape forever!

Have always advocated the use of the terms BN gov’t and Pakatan Gov’t in any media or when speaking to less informed or educated fellow citizens when discussing politics.
Hopefully, those of us who are less informed or still confused will realised or at least ask why you refer to them as such.
Pakatan leaders, please use those two terms because as rightly commented above, many Sarawakians are still ignorant, especially the older senior citizens.

Read this.
With so much rubbish in the West and so much cheatings going thee, how are we to survive within Malaysia?
Think hard, all Sarawakians.
Open Letter From Deepak to Tun Mahathir
Appeared in HarakahDaily today
http://bm.harakahdaily.net/index.php/berita-utama/16676–deepak-buat-surat-terbuka-untuk-dr-mahathir
Open letter to Tun Mahathir 13/02/2013
Dear Tun,
I refer to your statement “Ignore Deepak” as your advice to DS Najib & DS Rosmah, I also take heed of your advice to me to seek the courts involvement and not use political channels to claim my rights and remedies.
Tun,
For your kind information, this is exactly what I have been doing the last 2 years from 2010 till to date and the courts have been fair and granted Judgment in my favor, however Najib’s administration is “ignoring” these Judgments and evidence produced in Courts and almost all the Government Institutions have either swept DS Rosmah dirt under the carpet or just not replying to our various written testimonies and Courts Judgment; as such I would like to seek Tun’s advice. What would Tun do in my place? Being of similar paternal ancestral background I am sure what I put forward in this letter would be exactly what Tun would have done in my situation or already done under different circumstances when Tun wrote the “historic 17th.June 1969″ open Letter to Tunku Abdul Rahman.
Tun,
I was raided by Bank Negara Malaysia in 2010 for foreign currency exchange through money changers amounting to substantial amount of Singapore Dollars and US Dollars. The investigation was for a period of six (6) weeks and we divulged that the foreign currency was delivered to DS Najib & DS Rosmah as payments for various deals that I had acted on as their conduit including Bangunan Angkasa Raya, Bukit Raja Land and Glomac Tower (Now known as Wisma Prestige). The matter was not pursued any further.
I was also asked to be part of an investigation by MACC into the sale of an office Building at KLCC to an International Islamic Bank, we had proved through payment slips, video statements and written testimony that I was merely acting as a conduit for DS Najib and DS Rosmah and monies were given by hand to both of them in various occasions over a period of two (2) years, Dato’ Jamidan a senior Director of MACC who was also involved in the Sime Darby case.
Now why it is after such clear incriminating evidence till to date there has been no investigation on DS Rosmah, DS Najib or D.Nazim? This takes selective prosecution to an entirely different level doesn’t it? How does Tun suggest I seek duress then? Let’s talk about my Court experience now.
Tun,
I had bought a 200 acres piece of land from Raja Ropiah in 2007 who is now UMNO Selangor Wanita Chief and BN Wanita Chief. We paid her cash RM 13,000,000.00 and issued a Land Bond (Bank Guarantee) of RM 72,500,000.00 to complete the purchase consideration. Raja Ropiah after collecting the money, purposely delayed the issuance of the Land Title to us by completely neglecting her responsibilities to deliver this Land Title and in the sly by committing CBT sold the land to another company at a higher price and also collecting close to RM 90,000,000.00 in cash and Bank Guarantees from them, this too while our “Land Bond” was still valid and collecting Rm 13,000,000.00 from us in cash. We also paid as disclosed in open court RM 8,000,000.00 to DS Najib family. I have lodged police reports and to date zero action has been taken on Raja Ropiah and the other “R”
Instead I had to go through a harrowing experience of receiving a Foreclosure notice called a “16 D” by non other that DS Najib brother’s; D Johari Razak law firm Shearn Delamore exactly 24 hours after my press conference informing the media of the corruption and malpractice of this couple. Tun, pray advice me which bank does a foreclosure without even going through the legal process involved?
Anyway by sheer “coincidence” their foreclosure was for RM 30,000,000.00 and Boustead Holding suddenly appears out of nowhere to agree to Purchase our Company that owns this 200 Acre letter under the name of Asta Canggih Sdn Bhd for the same RM 30,000,000.00 !! Wonders of Wonders right ? The best part is Boustead also paid us in “advance” before signing the Agreement on condition that we withdraw the case from the courts immediately as the open court date was in the same week, Now Tun, please advice me what you would have done in this circumstances?? The best part is that Raja Ropiah was paid a further RM 29,000,000.00 as her “sentence” for the CBT.
Tun,
We had sold a building to a subsidiary of an International Islamic Bank in 2008 and they defaulted in the payment to us in 2010 when the new shareholders came in, now we won this landmark case in court via a Judgment on 07th November 2012 and the Court Judgment found that an International Islamic Bank;-
a) used unlawful means to conspire against us with the predominant purpose of injuring us
b) Committed breach of the Letter of Undertaking they issued to us
c) Involved in the issuance & release of fraudulent letters to injure us and our business
The bank was also exposed in open court of:-
i) Cheating its Depositors by purchasing Assets using an “associate” company where they initially claimed ownership of 19% but in actual fact owned 100% through A “Declaration of Trust Deed” which they later were forced to admit in open Court upon the presentation of the “Declaration of Trust Deed”
ii) Cheating the various statutory bodies like Bank Negara Malaysia, SC, FIC and ROC by using these Malaysian nominees’ shareholders to circumvent foreign ownership declarations and Approvals required.
iii) Cheat Bank Negara Malaysia, by showing loans exceeding its own Paid up Capital at the material time as loans to third party Companies when in fact it was loans to its own subsidiary.
Tun,
We had written to Bank Negara Malaysia to take necessary action against this International Islamic Bank as per the Banking Laws:-
a) Removing the CEO immediately
b) Limiting or revoking the Bank’s License to prevent the Bank from taking Depositors
c) Having the Bank announce this unlawful conspiracy and breach to depositors and share holders in Malaysia & the middle east where it is a Public Listed Company and also Governed by a Board of Trustees.
Tun,
My numerous letters to Tan Sri Zeti and the Board of Directors of Bank Negara Malaysia till to date have remained unreplied, why? Because Bank Negara knows that D Rosmah and D Nazim was involved in the Building sale, why? Because our written and video testimony to MACC in 2011 has confirmed the involvement of both D Rosmah and D Nazim in the transcript including evidence of payments made.
Hence, Tun, having a court Judgment is not enough today in Malaysia where even our most sacred Institution Bank Negara Malaysia sings to the tune of D Rosmah and no longer “I did it my way” anymore.
May I ask Tun, do you want to see Barisan Nasional and Malaysia destroyed by these blatantly corrupt couple, I seek your advice, What do I do after going to Court and winning the case? All the institution is under the control of this Bonnie & Clyde couple? Where do we go from here? The International Court of Justice? The Media? Or The Opposition? Please advice me through your Wisdom Tun as I am both perplexed and disgusted with what has happened to Malaysia the last 11 years through the paralysis of our Government
I am sadly disappointed with Tun’s press statement asking that I be ignored, how can I be ignored when we are defending the same country’s dignity and integrity. Maybe Tun is listening to the wrong people who tell Tun that I am working with the opposition to topple the Government, Tun I am a nationalist, I won’t help anyone topple my country’s dignity, No ONE.
Tun, you yourself have said that Najib is very weak, which is a reality, the Chinese know the level of corruption is not going to end and the Malays know that only a handful of “elite” Malays get very rich and the rest rely on scholarship, KR1M, BR1M and DR1M, eventually we all will become beggars or maids at the rate things are going where our debt will hit RM 1 Trillion by 2014. Everyone knows that Najib is Santa Claus PM giving “cash” to everybody to win by BRIBING THE NATION!! Everyone knows the real PM is Rosmah and Najib is just the happy Santa Claus PM.
My concern is not only about the country going into riots during or after election but also if the military takes control in all the chaos that will precede a dirty election. With the risk of facing the severe consequences of my words, I ask that Tun M propose that Najib be asked to resign and his deputy to lead a refreshed BN into the election mode which must happen in the next 60 days.
Tun,
I hope that my letter is accepted by Tun in as sincere a manner that it is written for and that no matter how bitter the truth is, it will still remain the truth and will always prevail over the lies and denials of Plunderers and Murderers.
Yours Sincerely,
DEEPAK J TEKWANI
